We are seeking an extremely detail-oriented Sales Ops Specialist to work alongside our President and VP Marketing in our agency sales efforts. Success in this role will involve increasing the efficiency of the new-business process, working within existing sales technology tools, managing aspects of our CRM platform, creating new business proposals, sales reporting and being the first prospect touchpoint for inbound call scheduling with the President. Thinking critically, having technology acumen and attention to detail are necessary, and are more important to us than a candidate with a seasoned sales background. A positive and independent self-starter will be a great match for success in this role.
